Kosher salt is not easy to be dissolved so it can create an uncomfortable situation like it provides uneven and sporadic saltiness to foods. 

Osteoporosis, kidney stones and some other related diseases have been found in people who are involved in the high consumption of kosher salt. Besides this, kosher salt also contains high amounts of sodium that is not good for health.

Flaky sea salt: One of the common categories of salt is flaky salt. The distinguishing feature of flaky salt is that it is flattened and has the shape of flaked salt crystals. Flaky salt has the ability to stick to food in a better way, has a high dissolving rate and is blended efficiently. 

The main purpose of this salt is its use as a finishing salt. It is finely grounded and has a crunchy texture.

The sodium content of flaky salt is very helpful to maintain fluid balance. It prevents dehydration during high-intensity exercises. Chloride is necessary to produce stomach acid, and sodium chloride (salt) facilitates the absorption and transportation of nutrients in the intestines after they have been broken down during digestion.
