You can replace 1/4th cup of pureed silken tofu with one egg. One thing that may differ due to this replacement is its flavor. Because silken soften is relatively flavorless. But the presence of silken tofu in bakery products such as brownies, cookies, quick pieces of bread, and cakes make them dense and heavy. 

Vinegar and baking soda

Yogurt or buttermilk
