To store it in the fridge, keep it in the plastic bottle you purchased. Place it on a platter and wrap it in plastic wrap if it did not come in a plastic pot.

First, wash them and set them in a refractory in a single layer. Freeze, then transfer to a freezer bag and return to the freezer.

You can take as much as you want if you leave it in the bag. Take it out of the freezer and plan what you’re going to do with it. It takes around 10 minutes to defrost, it is pretty quick.

For defrosting it, you can also place it in the microwave with a paper towel on top. Put it every 10 seconds and keep an eye on it. As soon as it defrosts, start preparing.
