  • Keep stirring the honey frequently. If the water cools down, replace the water with warmer water.

Slow cooker method

  • Fill a slow cooker with water.
  • Submerge the jar containing crystallized honey in the water. Around three-quarters of the honey should be present inside the water.
  • Do not place the lid of the cooker on top. Place the cooker at its lowest setting. The temperature should be at 120 degrees.
  • Keep the honey in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours. You can check occasionally on whether the honey has crystallized.

How to prevent the crystallization of honey?

Crystallization can occur if the honey is kept at extremely cool temperatures like the fridge for a long time. If honey is stored below the temperature of 50 degrees, it would begin to crystallize soon.
