How to make a perfect raspberry smoothie?

In order to make a perfect raspberry smoothie, you will need raspberries, preferably frozen. You need one banana, cut up into smaller pieces. You will need greek yogurt as it is low in fat and healthy and makes your smoothie creamy.

You will need a little bit of water for consistency however you can skip this too if you want a really thick smoothie. You will need milk as well and if you are trying to be healthy then opt for soy milk or almond milk.

You will need something to sweeten the smoothie so we recommend using honey but you can use artificial sweeteners such as stevia as well.

Lastly you will need some ice as smoothies are best enjoyed cold.

Put all of these ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour it in a glass and enjoy.
