How to clean a dutch oven?

It is recommended to clean your dutch oven after each meal. The longer you wait, the more difficult it will be to clean the pot.

First and foremost, always allow the pan to come to room temperature before cleaning. Never immerse a hot pan in cold water or fill a hot pan with cold water. As a result of the heat stress, this might cause enamel cracking.

Fill the saucepan halfway with water and heat it over blazing charcoal. This will release the residue, allowing the pot to be cleaned without difficulty. It is also a good idea to grease the pot after each use with sunflower oil or the manufacturer’s suggested care items.

You may come across food that is scorched or that does not readily come off. Overheating the pan and utilizing too high a temperature are two of the most typical causes of stuck food.
