Storing Chopped avocado

Before using the frozen cubes, make sure you thaw them for 30 minutes at room temperature or you can dip them in water for 20 minutes or so.

Avocados are rich in oleic and linoleic fatty acids. Both of these fatty acids, in the right amount and ratio, are helpful in lowering bad cholesterol by 22%.

Avocados reduce the blood triglyceride level by 20% while increasing the level of good cholesterol by 11%
