Can you freeze Jell-O?

To protect the prepared jello from coming into touch with moisture or air, wrap it in any form of wrap. Those are not good.

The physical condition of water inside the jello will vary as the temperature changes, resulting in the creation of liquid and air pockets within the package. Mold is more likely to form as a result of this. Even if it is advised, you do not need to keep prepared jello in the refrigerator.
