No other ingredients are permitted so it can be called Kransky sausage. The meat must be cut into small pieces of about 10 to 13 mm and bacon 8 to 19 mm.

The filling is stuffed into pork intestines. They are formed in pairs and linked together with a wooden skewer. Kransky is smoked hot and heat cured at about 160 F or 70 C.
