  • Spicy Indian corn: Butter is melted over medium heat and then garlic is poured along with ginger and chopped chillies. This is fried for about one minute to make garlic soft. After adding the curry powder or chaat masala along with the chilli powder and fry for a further 30 seconds or so. 

After this sweet corn is added and it must be stirred around in the butter mixture until it is heated through. It must be seasoned with salt and pepper according to requirement. It must be served garnished with fresh coriander.
