I’m going to give you the best recipe directly from Mexico. We use this recipe every Sunday when we have dinner with my in-laws. Hope you enjoy it! 

You will need: 

  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Onion
  • Jalapeño (optional, they are spicy)
  • Lime juice
  • Salt
  • Tomato
  • Milk

Cut the avocados in half, the out the skin, and then mash it all together

Add the previously chopped cilantro, onion, tomato, and jalapeño. Mix it all.

Add the lime juice and salt. You can add a tablespoon of milk to prevent it from turning brown when refrigerated.
