  • Smoked Gouda dip: After preheating the oven to 400 degrees centigrade,  shredded gouda, cream cheese, spinach, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder is added to a large mixing bowl. 

The dip is transferred to a cast-iron skillet and is placed in an oven and is baked for about thirty minutes. Topping is done with bacon and green onion and is served with sliced baguette.

  • Potato stacks with Gouda rind: After preheating the oven to 350 degrees F, twelve cups of muffin are sprayed with cooking spray. Place the sliced potatoes in a large bowl. 

Combine the heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper, and pour over the potatoes. Toss to coat. Potatoes are stacked in the muffin tins and the remaining cream mixture is utilized to pour over potatoes. After removing from the oven, these are topped with shredded Gouda cheese. If required these can be baked for twenty more minutes.
