Quarter-sized oranges and bite-sized watermelon pieces can be frozen after wrapping with a plastic sheet. Place the plastic-wrapped fruit on a baking tray and let it freeze overnight.

Make frozen fruit kebabs

Freeze grapes

Simply dip  ½ inch (about 10 mm) slices of kiwi in melted dark or milk chocolate. Place them on a baking tray and freeze for about 2-3 hours.

Yogurt coated strawberries 

Remove the stem and leaves from the strawberries. Wash and pat them dry. Dip the strawberries in greek yogurt. 

The yogurt could be plain or flavored, or you could add honey to the yogurt. Place the yogurt-covered berries on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet or a baking tray. Freeze for several hours.

Frozen banana shake 

Freeze peeled and cut bananas for 2-3 hours. Blend the frozen bananas for 2-3 hours. Then blend with some milk in the food processor until smooth. 

Add some vanilla extract, peanut butter, chocolate chips, or any other flavor you like. You can also mix your protein powder with it.

Miniature lemon-berry pops

Ingredients: Lemonade, honey, sliced or diced berries (Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc).

Procedure: Fill the bottom of the ice cube tray with some honey. Then pour lemonade and add berries to each cube. 

Cover the tray with a piece of foil. Insert a toothpick into the center of each cube by poking through the foil. Freeze for several hours or overnight. 

Blueberry yogurt kebabs 

Insert a wooden skewer through blueberries to make a blueberry kebab. Dip the whole kebab in yogurt. Place the yogurt-covered blueberry kebab onto a baking tray and freeze for several hours.

Frozen banana nut bites 

  1. In a food processor, blend 1 ripe banana, 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter, and 2 ounces (50 g) of vanilla Greek yogurt.
  1. Cut 3 bananas into ½ inch (about 10 mm) slices.
  1. Like a sandwich, spread the bottom slice of banana with the prepared mixture. Then top it with another banana slice to complete the sandwich.
  1. Freeze the mini banana bites for 2-3 hours.

Apricot raspberry smoothie 

Ingredients: 1 small can of apricot nectar (about 6 ounces or 170 g), 3 fresh halved apricots, 3 ice cubes, and 1 tablespoon of honey,  ¼ cup (60 ml) of frozen raspberries.

Procedure: Blend everything in a food processor until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.

Cantaloupe lime smoothie

Ingredients: ½ teaspoon of lime peel, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 cups of diced frozen cantaloupe, 1/3 cup (78 ml) of diced frozen peaches, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 3 ice cubes.

Procedure: Blend everything in your food processor until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.

Strawberry banana smoothie 

Ingredients: ¾ cup of frozen strawberries, ½ cup of orange juice, one banana

Procedure: Blend everything in the food processor and pour into a tall glass.
