In severe cases, the baby or the children can develop anaphylactic shock which is life-threatening since it leads to a fall in blood pressure, and swelling in the tongue and the throat which decrease the capacity of the patient to breathe well.

So, pediatricians recommend not introducing egg white to newborns until six months to one year. Moreover, egg white contains avidin which is a protein that reduces the absorption of biotin, especially if you do not cook your egg white. 

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin needed for energy production in the body as well as for maintaining your hair, nails, and skin health. 

It is very hard to develop biotin deficiency since you need to eat a lot of raw white eggs in order to avoid interacting with biotin absorption.

Additionally, egg yolk is a good source of biotin in your diet. So, cutting egg yolk for a long time without substituting it with biotin-rich food will put you at risk of developing deficiencies. Consider adding avocado, oats, mushrooms, bananas, berries, almonds, and soy to your diet.
