Time it for 25 minutes using the Manual timer setting. The vent will need to warm up and seal for a few minutes. Turn the valve to “venting” when the timer has run out and let the steam build up for another 5 minutes. When you are waiting for the five minutes of rest, preheat the oven.

Rinse the ribs and set them on a baking pan in the oven. Slather the remaining sauce on both sides.

Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes on a broiler (or on a grill), keeping an eye out for burning. Serve with more sauce on the side. Dismantle everything and get your hands dirty.
