Directions

  1. Set your air fryer to 380 degrees fahrenheit. 
  1. To put the ribs into a Fryer or Oven basket, remove the membrane off ribs and afterwards cut the racks in half.
  1. Sugar and spices should be mixed together in a small basin.
  1. Ensure the ribs are completely dry before applying the seasoning to both sides.
  1. Cook the ribs in the prepared air fryer basket for 18 minutes at medium-high heat. The ribs should be flipped and cooked for another 12 minutes.
  1. Spread the Barbecue sauce and cook.
  1. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes at 400 degrees in the air fryer.
  1. Keep an eye on things by using a meat thermometer to make sure they’re cooked to the desired degree. For a further 3-5 minutes, take out the ribs from the basket of the air fryer and place them in a foil-wrapped pan.
  1. Afterwards, slice the meat into suitable portions and serve.

Ribs should be cooked to 145 degrees Fahrenheit with a meat thermometer to guarantee proper cooking.

The amount of time it takes to cook a rack of ribs depends on the size of a rack. Our ribs take around 30 to 35 minutes to cook from beginning to end.

Add the bbq sauce on the ribs when they’re almost done cooking and continue to cook for a few minutes more. Add more BBQ sauce if desired after resting the ribs.
