How to do it: Spread the meat well and let it rest in the marinade for a few hours before grilling, frying, or putting it in the oven. Halfway through or at the end of cooking, you can add the juices that were left from the marinade.

Ground meat: Tips for a better flavor 

  • Defrost the meat preferably submerged in cold water or in the microwave. This will prevent the breakdown of the freezing process and the increase of germs.
